I’ve lived in this home for over 20 years, and it’s been part of my family’s life long before that, my grandparents, father, and aunts have all lived on this same street. It’s not just a property to me: it’s home.

Over the years, I’ve always had long-term tenants who’ve genuinely made this place their home too. That’s what I value most, a sense of steadiness, care, and people who feel connected to where they live.

Because I live here as well, I’m present and involved in the day-to-day care of the house. I believe shared living works best when there is clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared understanding that we’re all taking care of the same space together.

I aim to be approachable, responsive, and reliable in how I manage the home. My intention is always to create an environment that feels comfortable, respectful, and easy to live in. Not overly managed, but well cared for.
