EFFICIENCY ENGINE
PROGRAM REDESIGN for Catherine Farquharson Coaching x 2. Reinvention of signature program including the re-creation of the client portal, graphic design assets, launch activities and transition of existing clients into the new programs. We essentially “turned the ship” of the program’s model to enhance our client’s experience.
IMPACT: We seamlessly took our current clients with us to new, enhanced versions of the program…twice!
CURATED & DESIGNED 8 SELF STUDY PROGRAMS used to enhance our client’s experience in the CF Coaching signature program. Collected and cleaned up all archived program recordings to create standalone programs (complete with tailored, interactive workbooks).
IMPACT: Added value to the client’s experience and created evergreen assets.
WORKBACK CULTURE Created multiple workback documents for Catherine Farquharson Coaching to ensure all projects and sales events were designed and ready for launch as well as identify potential conflicts to launch.
IMPACT: Creating a culture of workback familiarity helped everyone on the team organize their priorities and ensure the right eyes were on the right projects.
DESIGNED & CONDUCTED WORKSHOPS for all Advisory Members of Inspirations Studio. In it, we took pause to set our priorities and develop a strategy for the saving of the Studio.
IMPACT: This work acted as a precursor to negotiation discussions with the YWCA - which did take the Studio under their wing as an official program in July 2022!

CLIENT MOMENTS THAT MATTER
DESIGNED & MAINTAINED ALL CLIENT FACING PLATFORMS for CF Coaching. Including the Kajabi learning portal, private Facebook groups, weekly newsletter, client calendars and special events. Every client-facing interaction was designed to delight our clients. Like, including a “Letter to Your Future Self” segment where clients would mark their initiation into the program.
IMPACT: Clients had something tangible to reflect on when they exited the program, reinforcing the effectiveness of their time in the program.
SUPPORTED & CARED FOR 50-70 CLIENTS in the CF Coaching container virtually. Everything from onboarding, tech support, payment questions, finding additional resources, program next steps and off-boarding. Clients were provided support beyond what most coaching programs offer. And because I was with them the whole way - we were able to forge bonds that allowed them to feel welcomed and supported their entire journey - even celebrating their birthdays and big life events along the way.
IMPACT: Created a deeply personalized experience throughout their 12 month program.
SURPRISE CLIENT GIFTS! There is something really special about being seen when you least expect it. After wrapping the filming of our One Day Doc (and winning for Best Editing), we sent our fabulous editor a gift inline with her talents. I compiled a collection of items for her to “edit in 3D” with a collage box complete with swatches from art books, Japanese paste and cutting tools. We wanted to honour her digital and real life talent as an editor.
IMPACT: Left a lasting impression with our team and paved the way to future engagements together.

GROWTH ARCHITECT
COORDINATED EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCT LAUNCHES. Designed, created and executed sales & promotional events 6 x per year and included the creation of promotional copy, landing pages, banners, social media assets and workbooks. Each event was hosted over 3-9 days and welcomed in new business leads into the CF Coaching orbit.
IMPACT: These online sessions extended our reach beyond geographical limitations to ~300 participants each launch, allowing us to connect with a global audience. They served as an interactive amuse bouche to the signature program and created an ongoing lead funnel of over 3000 of potential clients.
CURATED NEW LEAD MAGNET. Designed and launched a free 3 day journaling recording to gift to new business leads.
IMPACT: Affectionately known as the Plot Twist, we welcomed up to 10 fresh leads into our orbit weekly. This evergreen asset allowed potential clients to inhabit the CF Coaching experience and create opportunity for future sales.
RENEWAL STRATEGY. Maintained consistent connection to all clients within the CF coaching container throughout their journey. Implemented a Next Steps sequence including encouraging early decision making for renewing, 1:1 connection and discounts for returning clients.
IMPACT: Created a consistent in-flow of returning clients. Approximate renewal rate of the signature program was 10% of existing clients.

INSIGHT TO IMPACT
DESIGNED & LAUNCHED KEY METRICS DASHBOARD at CF Coaching. Included revenue, sales and client engagement measures. But it didn’t stop there! As important as numbers are, so is the story and planning next steps. I included sections to highlight hot leads, potential risks, and overall reflections of the team.
IMPACT: This helped us plan our weeks and months ahead and enabled us to see trends that were otherwise left to imagination.
CONDUCTED CLIENT FOCUS GROUPS for CF Coaching clients to gauge overall client experience. Using both surveys and in-person forums we were able to zero in on client pain-points and generate fresh ideas for the client experience. There is something very powerful about asking for feedback in an authentic way.
IMPACT: Not only did it enforce creative co-creation, it also allowed the clients to feel seen and heard, therefore increasing client satisfaction.
DESIGNED & LED EXTENSIVE LEADERSHIP CAPACITY ANALYSIS used to build a key capacity saving program at TD. Included designing surveys and in-person focus groups.
IMPACT: We were able to identify cumbersome processes and clear space to allow our leaders to coach and lead.
ENGAGED UNIVERSITY CONSULTING GROUP (a pro-bono consulting organization, providing practical experiences for student consultants and real outcomes in the non-profit and social sector) to help Inspirations Studio gain financial and structural stability.
IMPACT: Together we conducted membership and operations analysis and created reporting to help stabilize the studio’s future.

EXPERIENCE ALCHEMIST
BUILT EXCLUSIVE SUMMER SOLSTICE RETREAT for CF Coaching. We birthed, designed and launched an incredible 10 person retreat within one week. The participants left feeling nourished, connected and ready to take on the sunnier side of the year with their goals.
IMPACT: Created a revenue generating event ($10K) at low cost and quick turnaround.
CREATED APPRECIATION & SEASONAL EVENTS. Planned client appreciation gatherings to not only express thanks, but to enhance the client’s experience. Complete with signature mocktails, unique experiences and personalized gifts, these events added that extra touch to the client’s time in the CF Coaching program.
IMPACT: Planned a brand enhancing event to celebrate our clients and add surprise and delight to their experience.
CREATED & FACILITATED TEAM BUILDING RETREAT for UTSU (University of Toronto Student Union) in the Blue Mountains. Created and led a 3 day retreat to help unify tenured and new team members to create cohesion within the team. Included icebreakers with REAL ice.
IMPACT: The team left with a unified vision of their team and mandate. Helped to forge new working relationships amongst the team of 15 co-workers.
10+ YEARS AS LUGE OFFICIAL & HOST. This is a really fun one. Design and lead the Closing Ceremonies for 30+ attendees of an annual Luge Weekend in Bancroft. Includes medals, highlight reels, timekeeping records and a BUNCH of energy to celebrate sports excellence.
IMPACT: Created an annual event that people from all over the GTA (and beyond) look forward to attending. Also increased the camp’s profile for other programming.
SOCIAL IMPACT EVENTS & FUNDRAISING. Acted as lead coordinator (and lemon purchaser when needed) for two Inspirations Studio Fundraising events at OCAD.
IMPACT: Raised $45K at the 25th anniversary event which not only raised funds, but raised the Studio’s profile. In 2024 we ran a second event celebrating the newly founded relationship with the YWCA and raised close to $70K for the studio.
(And yes, that’s Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow at our fundraiser when she graciously opened our event!)

CULTURE CATALYST
DESIGNED SALES & CLIENT SUPPORT ROLES (from scratch) for CF Coaching. Included writing and designing job description design, recruitment efforts, preliminary interviewing, onboarding, training, and designing KPIs and compensation model.
IMPACT: Built sales and support teams to help grow new business. Between. $300K - $1M annual revenue generated.
CREATED THE LEADERSHIP LEARNING JOURNEY and learning calendar for the junior leadership population at TD. This project highlighted gaps in new leader’s skillets. Through it, a streamlined set of experiences and training were defined for them to follow.
IMPACT: This ensured skills gaps were closed and new leader’s continued to develop.
CREATED & LAUNCHED NEW TEAM MANAGER ONBOARDING PROGRAM at TD. Expanded from the Leadership Learning project.
IMPACT: A new onboarding program was developed to ensure full support of green leaders.
LED DISCOVERY EFFORTS ON NEW HIRE JOURNEY MAP at TD. Created a multi-stream program aid in stemming new hire attrition and improve overall integration into their career. Faced with increasing attrition, this project proved fruitful.
IMPACT: Identified hiring risks, slowed down attrition and ultimately gave insight for enhancing the new hire journey.
COACHING, CREATING TEAM CONNECTION & CORRALLING CATS. I have a proven track record of being able to host, facilitate engaging conversations and provide actionable takeaways in my meetings. From scheduling to minute taking to summarizing I kept my teams on track and feeling like each can contribute in meaningful ways.
IMPACT: Created an inclusive team environment and a culture of clear action plans.
